Cafua Management Company, LLC
In 1970, Fernando and Gilda Cafua, immigrated from Azores, Portugal to Boston, MA and worked multiple jobs, including one as a baker for Dunkin’ Donuts. In 1980, the Dunkin’ job turned into an opportunity to invest in their first store, located in Derry, NH. In 2007, Fernando and Gilda retired, leaving CMC in the capable hands of their three sons. Since then, Mark, David and Gregory have grown CMC to over 200 Dunkin’ locations located throughout New England, New York and Florida with the help of our incredible employees. In 2020, Mark’s children, Jonathan, Joshua and Felicia, stepped into their roles at CMC and are now the third generation of the Cafua Family to work in the family business. CMC prides itself on being a family oriented and ‘people first’ company.

COMPANY GIVES BACK
Part of our mission at CMC is giving back the communities in which we serve. With our partnership with Operation Warm, the Cafua Family Charitable Foundation has been able to keep thousands of children across New England warm and cheerful during the holiday season. We’ve also had the pleasure of donating to Toys for Tots, Girls Inc., and several Boys & Girls Clubs throughout New England.
